Air Travel – How to Best Prepare
There are fast changing rules that are being enforced in the many airports around the world yet the most stringent and tough are for flights that head either to the US or to the UK. These two country’s are the most at threat from terrorist attacks thus have the strictest rules when it comes to travel (you wouldn’t want a repeat of 9/11 with you on board now would you). People who would be traveling to these two countries have to get hold of the latest bulletins from the respective countries who may have different security requirements but for the delays and repetitive multi layer security checks they are almost the same.
Do not bring anything that is banned with you as carry-on and leave them with your baggage. Check in baggage also have restrictions as to what you can put in them so when in doubt, leave it behind or risk losing it to the airport security personnel’s trash bin. Any items not allowed will either be confiscated or thrown in the trash which is such a waste of money if you happened to have something pricey. Baggage sizes have also been lowered so check with the local airport on specifics dso you can plan ahead for your worry free vacation.
